Service Description

The Executive Consultation package is great for the homeowner that needs our staging team and a few rental items. This is the complete package that makes any property pop. What is included in this package: - 1hr full home evaluation with our Staging Consultant with suggestions for furniture and décor arrangements - You will receive our 12 page 'How to Prepare Your Home for Market' booklet. The booklet will be customized to your property and will provide you with all of our suggested recommendations durning the home evaluation and more staging tips and tricks . - Your MLS Listing shared on our social media sites - We will return to your property 2 hours prior to the photoshoot with a small custom rental package specific to your property needs. Our team will deliver, setup and style your property to ensure your photos stand out. Our rental package includes three artwork pieces, 2 medium bins of décor and one set of lamps. **Please note the first 30 days of rental cost is included in the above noted price. There will be additional rental fees if rental package is kept over the first 30 days, please inquire additional cost

Cancelation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel any appointment. If less than 24 hours is provided, you will be billed 50% of the total appointment fee
