Homeowners who may need to update their furniture in an area, or have an empty bedroom, or a sparse living room that may need a chair here or table there. It’s important to enhance your home in the best light possible to give buyers that “I’m home” feeling when they walk through your property. With rooms that is half furnished or has out of date furniture, buyers tend to look for the deficiencies in the home, leaving the home on the market longer and the buyers negotiating tougher on price. We will step in to fill the missing pieces. What is included in this package: - 1hr full home evaluation with our Staging Consultant with suggestions for furniture and décor arrangements -You will receive our 12 page 'How to Prepare Your Home for Market' booklet. The booklet will be customized to your property and will provide you with all of our suggested recommendations durning the home evaluation and more staging tips and tricks . - Your MLS Listing shared on our social media sites - We will return to your property 2 hours prior to the photo shoot with your custom rental package specific to your property needs. Our team will deliver, setup and style your property to ensure your photos stand out.

Cancelation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel any appointment. If less than 24 hours is provided, you will be billed 50% of the total appointment fee
