WHAT IS STAGE TO SELL

Staging to Sell is the process of preparing a property for sale in the real estate marketplace.

The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby spending less time on the market and more profit on the sale.

We specialize in Occupied Home Staging where we create a strategic staging plan and design trying to use as much of the homeowner's furnishings, artwork and accessories while the property is on the market.

HOW WE WORK

Each home staging project starts with one of our consultation packages.  Our consultation will take place in the home and will include a formal list of recommendations on repairs, improvements, furniture layouts, and decor placements.

After reviewing our recommendations, you can decide whether to implement them on your own or use our services.

By choosing to use our services we will then book a staging date where you don't need to be present.  We will complete the stage in one day and will do a walk through upon completion.
