During this time, we'll provide you with a comprehensive list of personalized recommendations on everything from repairs and improvements to furniture layouts and décor placements.
You'll then have the freedom to decide whether you want to implement these suggestions on your own or hire our top-notch staging services.
If you choose the latter, we'll work with you to set a date that best fits your schedule - typically, our appointments are scheduled for the morning of photos to ensure everything is ready to go.

The Executive Consultation, we provide the complete package for any homeowner looking to increase their property's attractiveness for sale.
Starting with our Pre-Listing Consultation, we will provide detailed recommendations on how to make your property stand out from the competition. Our staging team then returns 2 hours prior to photoshoot with a small custom rental package of décor items and 3 pieces of artwork that are tailored specifically to your property needs - all of which will help bring out its best features. And finally, our team takes care of the total setup and styling of your home so that it looks absolutely perfect in photographs.

Our starting price includes 30 days of rental items for your living room, primary bedroom and kitchen – everything you need to make a house look stunning for potential buyers. And don’t forget about our top-notch staging labour – we make sure each piece is carefully installed so it looks its best. Plus, with delivery and pick up included in our fantastic price, you can sit back and relax knowing that everything is taken care of.

At HS Home Staging, we collaborate with clients in and around Calgary to make their homes picture-perfect. Our staging services cover everything from pre-existing homes to brand-new constructions, making sure every detail is tailored to showcase your space in the best light possible.
At our company, we have a unique way of handling pre-listing consults and staging quotes. Once we confirm the consultation with you, billing and invoicing are taken care of immediately. We know that each staging project is unique, so we wait to provide quotes until we have a clear understanding of the scope of work. If you choose to move forward with us, occupied and vacant staging projects will require final payment on the day of staging. For your convenience, we ask for a 15% down-payment at the start of most projects.
